You’ve kind of named the trifecta of those kind of movies, and definitely catch Only Murders in the Building and The Afterparty.

Another movie you might like is an old Matthew Broderick movie called The Freshman. Dead Again isn’t numerous, but it’s good.

+1 Season 2 finale just released today. This is on Hulu, not Netflix as mentioned in another post. Very good! Our whole family loved it.

Every time someone says “I’m number 1” I think of this movie. I’m also still cracking up about the deaf maid and the blind butler. The whole thing is hilarious.

There’s an old one called who is killing the great chefs of Europe—can’t remember if that one is funny.

Did anyone suggest Murderville? It’s Imrpov so some are better than others but I particularly liked the one with Kumil Naranjani.

I feel like some Mel brooks have a similar vibe, like young Frankenstein or high anxiety.

Maybe also some of the comedy spy movies like get smart, the spy who dumped me, and the heat?

The Murderville with Marshawn Lynch was amazing!

Don’t want to think about how dated and racially insensitive the movie probably would be if we watched it now—I thought it was the funniest thing I’d ever seen when I first watched it. For OP, check out The Afterparty if you have Apple TV. I told my teen son I was in the mood to watch something like Knives Out, and he found the series. We really enjoyed it.
