Yes, WTH is this anyway? We are actually going to be out of town and I didn't realize this was the normal way to get class assignments (last year there was still no in-person open house, I think we got an email from DD's teacher). So I guess I'll keep checking Parentvue and hope it shows up sometime, or ask someone who is attending to find DD on the list. So dumb.

Correct. But principals should understand that distinction and be aware of which stuff parents are currently allowed to see.

Yes, Synergy is ParentVue. Maybe try logging in on the web rather than on the app, and if not then contact the principal?
