ELF is cleaner than some and affordable.

A lot of the recommendations in this thread are not clean.

The best Quality cleanest makeup isn’t always the expensive brand. It’s more complicated than that.

Have you told her makeup makes acne worse and that society puts too much pressure on females to look good and that she's beautiful as is?

For my tween, we get Byoma and Glow Recipe. Very age appropriate for skin care.

Just tried this new brand called Jovy that has third party safety certification (only kids brand that has this by the way) and it's made specifically for young skin. Colors are light and shimmery, and it's just beautiful, premium makeup for kids they can use to experiment. Very age appropriate. Check them out at jovyco.com
