Turkey leg I guess, but they're crazy high in sodium/fat, and I can't imagine any universe in which someone on a diet would need to eat a whole one. Just bring a protein bar and some nuts and dried fruit or one of those fruit/veggie pouches that runners use if you're serious about your diet. That's what my spouse does and he's lost a ton of weight, and these are small enough things that the guards usually don't toss them if there are restrictions on bringing in outside food.
