No, he didn't kill his brother. He messed with his malpractice insurance which he knew would hurt Charles deeply but Charles committed suicide.

So refresh my recollection please. Did Jimmy really kill his brother? i thought the fire was an accident but it was so long ago I no longer remember. and did Jimmy really mess with his brother's malpractice insurance?

I don’t think she’s disbarred.
At no point during the series was she disbarred. She voluntarily turned in her license and "retired" from practicing law, moved to FL and started a new life...6 years later realizes NM bar card doesn't have expiration date which I guess is how she was able to meet with Jimmy in the end.

+1 Who would have thought this series would have wrapped with a romantic ending?
I also like the bit they did right after the show (at least on cable) where the cast members all thanked the fans for watching. Not sure I had seen that before. Nice gesture. Can't wait for the Gus spin-off.

We just finished - and oh, that was a perfect ending.
I don't think we know if Kim is practicing or not - I would guess not; I think she's using the bar card to go into the jail but isn't actually still a member of the bar. But she's going to be doing something to try to be good now, I think. That scene of her in the Legal Aid office - she was back where she belonged, and back to being herself.

Yes, and that’s what was relayed to Saul/Jimmy. I think that’s why he, under oath, confessed to being Legal mastermind to Walter White. He made a point to state that he was right up there with Heisenberg. I think he knew that statement would shift focus to him since everyone else is dead.
