Just more proof that “getting from point A to point B” should never be the sole consideration when choosing an airline. Customer service, reputation, connecting airports, random upcharges all factor into your travel experience. There are many carriers to consider in this space. TAP may have the lowest ticket prices but not if you factor in the hassle and time spent dealing with missed flights and lost luggage.
