Coatco and sams club by far are the cheapest. 6 packs. I have 3 to 5 cases at all times.

I will say that if you're sick- the chicken soup at Prescription Chicken is like medicine... and they deliver.

Bone broth is simmered for much longer than standard broth. The process draws gelatin out of the bones, so real bone broth becomes sort of gelatinous when it cools.

That is what stock does.

Stock is made with meat and bones. Bone broth is made from just the bones. Also it's cooked for an insane amount of time. Stock is great. Bone broth is also great. They're not the same.

I would try buying some stock or a bone broth and then fortifying it at home.

MOMs has some in their freezer. You can also get subscription delivery. It’s easy to make if you have time and enough freezer space to stock up.

So does proper chicken and beef stock.

Yes, I'm going to do that but it's a big production and takes a couple of days. In the meantime, I'd like to buy some real bone broth somewhere. (I'm sick....)

Hope you feel better. If I knew you, I'd give you a jar.

Aw, thank you!
