Kurt Russell for sure!! When his son started playing hockey here in Canada, Kurt Russell was a regular, friendly hockey dad at the rinks. It was really cool and he's a very nice guy!
I've loved Kurt since I saw him in 1963 in It Happened At The World's Fair with Elvis Presley and all the Disney movies etc after that

another non-Hollywood, rather normal couple: Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Everyone in Nashville has seen them at Target, Whole Foods, Starbucks, local movie theatre (hilariously not always an AMC), school carpool line, etc.
