ELEVATOR

Who wants to have to cart their food and dishes up and down and elevator? They really should have staged it with a dining area and living area on the ground level (totally doable if you get rid of the gargantuan leather furniture and get something smaller), and then the loft area up top as an office.

Man. I live so close to there and yet real estate is so much more expensive. I cannot imagine paying that much for that place! Of course, I'm only UMC.

But overall I like it. It does seem personality-free, as a PP stated, but you can still work with it.

This. Don't like the main dining area upstairs from the kitchen, but you could always use it for some other purpose.

It's nice, but totally NMS.

NMS???

It's easy to look it up. Owners paid $1,579,900 in June 2017.

That’s on the cheap side for luxury condos in Rosslyn. Baby boomers and foreign buyers pay 4K+ per month for bigger units.

That’s pretty standard for Arlington. Definitely not the highest.
