The seafood section at Whole Foods (at least the one in the Kentlands) has gone downhill the past year or so. Bottomline: I highly recommend O'Donnell's Market. https://odonnellsmarket.com
They even have a counter and a few tables if you do not want to cook your own seafood at home and would rather eat there.
Bonus is you can get some rum buns too! Their baked goods are outrageously good.

I love Aldi’s salmon. In fact, we are having it tonight. For the price and flavor, it’s the best value around!

Anonymous wrote:Fwiw, the difference between frozen and "fresh" salmon is that the "fresh" salmon has already been defrosted. All salmon ships into the East Coast frozen. So, but the "fresh" salmon of you're going to cook it right away, otherwise you can save $$ by buying frozen and defrosting at home (or cooking straight from frozen.)

If I want fresh I usually buy from Teeter.Anonymous wrote:Assuming PP buys the same one I do, it’s the wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon: https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-wild-alaskan-sockeye-salmon%2C-5-oz---7-oz-portion%2C-3-lbs.product.100441201.htmlAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Costco frozen salmon.
