Bump.
I would love to hear more about people’s experiences and the advantages of this model versus doing individual pieces (SLP, OT, therapy) through various providers.

We’ve been doing it for awhile there’s been some turnover in therapists but nothing like what we experienced with ABA. I have noticed that my asd child has been more interested in playing in general

we have had a totally amazing experience with the aid who comes to the house. He is incredible with our child. They really focus on developing a positive relationship and essentially being a friend to the child. It is not like ABA therapy. It's more just like giving the child positive social interactions

We've had a fantastic experience with Positive Development. Started when my DS with ASD Level 1 was about 8. The in home therapists have been great (they are usually just out of college though and focus on playing/good relationship not significant therapy.) And it is covered by insurance. The therapists have been super helpful for talking to me, the parent, also about strategies.

Can you elaborate more on why the in home therapy didn’t work out well? That is what I’m looking for.
