I suggest a rose or light white wine, unless you know your crowd doesn't drink wine. A cocktail option without fruit juice, such as Moscow mules or monitors, might be popular.

I think your menu sounds fantastic, OP! I wouldn't change a thing.

The only thing I'd do is make sure the iced coffee option is a really good cold brew, rather than brewed coffee that is then chilled. Chameleon's cold brew is by far the best bottled option, IME. Make sure to have simple syrup on the side for those folks who want to add a little sweetener.

This all sounds amazing!! I’d make sure I had wine as well.

I'd nix the watermelon feta and just do fruit salad/fruit plate.

Have nuts/feta on the side for the green salad (or incorporate them).

Add bacon (omit one of the other meats).
