Not everyone’s blood pressure is salt sensitive. In fact, it’s a small % of people who are. After telling everyone that salt is bad all these years, the researchers just don’t want to admit that it is ok for most people.

we “recycle” the juice once by chopping up a cucumber and letting it soak overnight. Not quite homemade but so much yummier than the original.


Also to answe your question it’s the salt

I used to eat a whole jar of the Trader Joe's cornichons in one serving. I bet I still could. I just don't have a TJ near me anymore.
