I did 2 straight and 2 intervals at 6 this morning, and I feel spent. I don't understand how people run in the middle of the day - in full length leggins and short sleeves, no less!![]()
My DH's favorite time to run is in the summer at peak heat in the middle of the day. He loves how much he sweats. I will never understand it.
