Wow, I didn't know this was done. We've moved twice, each time with substantial playground equipment in the backyard, and we just let it convey with the house. Seems weird to move or charge for used equipment. Almost like moving or charging for a shed or something.

Does your contract explicitly say it's not staying? Because I would see that as a permanent structure.

This. When we moved we didn't even consider taking our swing set. We had it listed for sale that the swing set conveyed, and luckily our buyer had young kids and liked the swing set--it actually would have been a hassle for us if they had asked us to remove it.

How old are your kids? If on the older side nearing pre-teen they likely won't use another one.
