Center independent here. Jill Biden teaches, so she has a job unlike any FLOTUS before her. She doesn't need a cause, which first ladies take on strictly for PR reasons. They achieve nothing.

She looks fine for her age, actually better than most.

The only irritating thing about her is referring to herself as doctor. The only people with doctorates whom I know who do this are ones with doctorates in education. among the very easiest to earn. It must be some sort of occupational hazard.

At least Jill Biden likes decorating for Christmas.

She and Michelle Obama did a lot of work together with military spouses/families when they were first and second ladies.

And Jill is quite obviously an educator. I am pretty sure she is the first FLOTUS to hold a job while serving her role.
