We go through 4 dozen eggs a week.
Watch Julia child for poached eggs, baked eggs, and she has whole chapter.
Crepes. Quiche. Soft boiled and jammy eggs are easy and great
Don’t they last a while anyways? I have 2 eggs for breakfast most days.

I’ve made this frittata and it’s really good and uses 10 eggs

Quiche! I can put a dozen eggs in a single quiche.
