Yes, which is concerning. So I looked at what percentages of precincts have reported in each Council district to get a better idea what parts of the county are reporting. And Districts 4, 5, 6 have reported out more precinct results. Those districts likely favor Elrich. When mid county, west county and up county are reported, it might be very different.

The mail in ballots will only confirm what the in person votes will show. These are the primaries not the general election.
