Why be grateful? The reactionary does absolutely no good for the party. So I will keep on pointing the finger at him for being a traitor who cares not one bit about the country. That the President and rest of the party grovel at his feet is beyond obscene.

The reality is that the Dems should be grateful that one sensible Dem is putting the brakes on some of their ludicrous bills and spending.
Manchin is not the bad guy here. Our country would be in far worse shape if the Dems got what they want.

What good is the seat? It might as well be a Republican - at lest we’d know where they were going to vote. Manchin is literally useless and actually hurts more than he helps.
