He appointed a moderate school board and didn't submit an extreme abortion ban because he's afraid VA will swing back to being blue if he goes too Evangelical. Going to need a big moderate push from Democrats to beat him as progressivism is being rejected by just enough suburban voters to give the VA GOP statewide offices.
