Pros:
-amazing group of student athletes who are also accomplished scholars;
- great peer group, plus:
- instant friend-group / support group of other students.
Cons:
None, really.
But: PLEASE contribute to the boosters and please please please VOLUNTEER!
We need more involved crew parents.

DD has a friend or two that does this. They don't seem to conflict at all given crew is a spring sport; all marching band commitments are done by end of oct or 1st week of Nov.
The only conflict might be missing out on some or all the “green days” practices in the Fall. However, those are optional.
