NP: Ferritin is iron. get your iron levels checked.
Your ferritin level needs to be at least 50 or even 100 for improved hair growth. And it takes a long time of supplementing with iron to get it to that level. Anyway, it’s a good idea to get bloodwork for possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies as well as hormone levels.

DP, nothing fixed my ferritin until menopause - then it went up dramatically without doing anything.
