He had a biological father, and a father who was legally responsible for him and loved him as his own by virtue of being married to his biological parent, just like most kids born via surrogacy to two fathers.
No, it's not "just like" Jesus's parents were a gay male couple. At all. Jesus's mother, Mary, who gave birth to him, was in a heterosexual marriage.

No, it was for blasphemy. The Romans didn’t have an issue with him but they executed him to appease the locals. Also the Maccabean War was still a recent memory.
