She is also very opinionated about how to educate young children (and her opinions don't line up with ours), and we like that she cares so much. The downside is she'll NEVER work overtime and asks for a lot of vacation every year (like she's taking this summer off to go visit family in Europe, so I had to find a college student to help out) and she's started insisting on bringing her dog to work even though we're not dog people. She sounds immature and spoiled and your kids will end up the same way if you keep her around.

I see nannies in these cases almost like personal assistance. Most nannies and personal assistance do not make these amounts but there are very wealthy people who will pay very very well for a nanny or personal assistant that can meet their needs and has the background to do so.

But in the nanny world stuff like she speaks French, Award winning artist, rich town, college degree on deans list somehow folks will pay more. Why? She is literally doing babysitting. Is it bragging rights? Both rich women it seems one in Chevy Chase and one by Obama are actually SAHMs. She will go country club type thing with kids and her. Moms will be there. Is also very beautiful, well dressed, elegant Overall nice girl.
But once again in the mall or her IT job who cares. I almost feel rich SAHM moms with the nanny country club are willing to pay more. Is it for the kids?
The again I got invited a super rich beach club once and the “cabana boys” “valet parkers” looked like male models and the rich moms loved it. But in a nanny? Are the Chevy Chase moms like this. Not a single working mom offered her a job.
Does it make them feel even richer having a “show nanny”
I looked on care.com and seems like a thing.
