Something along these lines: Bow tie pasta with some chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, fresh basil, squeezes of lemon, feta or mozzarella, a little Trader Joe’s tapenade, some chopped red bell pepper, maybe some marinated artichoke hearts. Bring some sparkling water to share, if you need a beverage.
