It’s perfectly fine to commute to GMU for CS if low cost and ROI are the target. Actually, 2 years at community college can save even more. It’s great to have options so everyone can pick what they prefer.

UPenn costs less than GMU for families earning less than a threshold income. At Columbia, it will be $150,000 HHI for no tuition.

This is exactly why you have so many students drowning in student loan debt.
