Alternatively depending on what you want it for, I’ve become a BIG proponent of ground chicken in the pandemic. I’d never willingly order a ground chicken burger or meatloaf, but I have curated quite the rotation of ground chicken meatball & pasta recipes that are delicious!
I also prefer ground chicken to ground turkey. Ground turkey typically is leaner than chicken, so you might prefer chicken as a beef substitute in recipes.
