Shop around and get quotes for genuine manufacturers warranty. For HondaCare, contact Hyannis Honda. You will have the genuine warranty, roadside assistance, and save $$$. You can get a prorated refund if you sell or total the car.

Full disclosure I already bought warranty when I got the car a few days ago, but I am considering getting a refund (will be 100% refund applied to lien I took out)

A real extended warranty is worth it.
For instance I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze. I did not buy extended warranty. Near end of three years when car had 7,000 miles I bought from GM from a GM dealership I use that sells GM warranties. (Don’t have to buy when nee or dealer that sold you car) a GM official 6 year extends warranty. My 2017 cars full warranty expires 9/2028. I paid $900.
The car turns 5 in sept my second kid taking it to college next two years till 2024. Then my third kids gets it for senior year through college.
It has never broken so I have wasted the $900. But the next four years it is being driven regularly we shall see.
At $900 does not take much. My wives ACADIA had a seven year we barely used and in year six had $4,500 worth of repairs under warranty.
