Not why prices went down and only framing lumber is down.

If I get a price quote now, can I get it adjusted (since the project won't start until January 2023 anyway)?

$8,400
20 x 17 cement patio right below the deck, and 11 x 20 pavers with a low paver wall. Took 3 full days in between the rain last weekend.
They needed to extend the drainage hoses under the foundation and the pipe for the condensation drain from the AC unit. I made a modified french drain for that and the extended hose for the down pipe as part of the paving.
Decided I didn't like the transition between the concrete and grass so I'm spending another $325 installing pebbles and stone pavers around the end of patio onto the grass and for easy access to to the drains.
Kept the seating simple with the $18 Adirondack chairs on sale at target.
Wow, you guys are getting great prices.
Can you recommend some of your remodelers?

$26K bathroom reno, not 100% of it. What we didn’t do: didn’t update vanity (and therefore sinks or sink fixtures), mirrors, lighting, bathtub or fixture, or toilet.
Price included demolition, drying process. Updated shower: shower floor, tile through shower, floors, bathtub surround; all new paint incl. trim. We got the shower door glass upgraded to frameless.
In addition, there was some drywall repair where the tile connected to our bedroom wall, repainted half of the bedroom. Same with the kitchen ceiling below bathroom. Part of drywall removed and replaced. And when the re-hung, they painted entire ceiling and a big wall of the kitchen.
It is a large bathroom, and I’m glad we didn’t have to replace the vanity. It is custom due to the unique space, and at the time wood was low in stock. Would have also meant new counter. The vanity was removed and recaulked in for the flooring demo.
With the claim, our total out of pocket was $3.5K, I think. I was trying to go back and double-check…
