Cava???!!!! Hell no! All that garlic in the dressing, the yogurty/lactosy cheesy toppings, the shredded Brussels sprouts?! Believe me, before I went on the fodmap diet I used to take out lunch from cava routinely at work and it was baaaad for my gut.


You just don’t know how to order.


No some of us can't do even a dash of garlic /onion powder. This is the tricky part of low FODMAP. It's highly variable and it's trial and error.
