House is tiny. Lot is tiny.
It is way too small to tear down and build 10k sqft home. So I don’t think it would be attractive for a builder.

This house is surrounded by $8 million homes and around the corner from Hickory Hill. It’s the perfect neighborhood in an a fantastic location. Small enough that I could afford to furnish it and pay the utilities. It’s a dream. But way overpriced.
