Article also talked about a specific toxin in rice and leftover pasta. I might still eat the vegan chili but not serve it to guests or my kids. 🤷♀️
Article also cites a few isolated (but lethal) cases involving pasta. It’s a personal risk tolerance thing. To each their own.
