Which is the good stuff, and which is the bad stuff?

I don’t buy supermarket or pre-frozen fish. Only fresh from my favorite fishmonger.

Weekly or sometimes 2X a week. We buy frozen wild caught. Easy to keep on hand, thaws quickly in cold water in the sink.

Three or more, pescatarian household. We get large packages of wild frozen fish at Wegmans or Costco and always have good tuna, anchovies, and smoked salmon/trout on hand. Fresh fish is a luxury reserved only for holidays/guests or dining out.

Usually once every 10 days. Either pan-fried tilapia or grilled/roasted salmon. Sometimes we get the Trader's Joe frozen battered cod.

Fish (salmon or tuna, or sometimes a fish) once a week, shellfish (particularly shrimp) the same or more.

About three times every two weeks.

Maybe once every week or two? I’m picky about seafood (fish can make me nauseous) but one of my kids hates meat and loves shrimp so that makes the rotation with some regularity.
