In a way that very true. Capitalism is silent on a lot of things. It doesn't provide a framework for family relationships, for example, or suicide prevention. Note that socialism also doesn't provide a solution for this. There is nothing in socialism that says the collective has to exhaust every bit of resource to fulfill every last need by an individual.
