Yes, you're old. Alyssa/Alicia were very 80s names; people having kids now aren't naming them after people they went to elementary school with.
As opposed to Alice, which peaked in the 1900s. It's rising in popularity now, and is more popular than Alicia, but it's a very old name.
Also there's nothing wrong with the 80s. Best music, best names. I'm not ashamed of my age.
