Though if you can’t afford it, don’t do it because it’s temporary and if you do it once and love it, you’ll be frustrated that you can’t to it again, or as frequently. And then you’ll feel worse about your appearance than you already do. It’s a vicious cycle and not worth getting into if you can’t easily afford as much as you want.

I would spend the effort on weight loss first. You will feel better on the inside and look better on the outside. I am like you and surprised by how much better I feel (happier and more energetic) since losing 10 lbs in the last 3 months.
