As for "making up scenarios," PP above, how is it not merely "making up scenarios" when other posters insist he's vain? For all they actually know he's not, and getting this done wasn't a matter of vanity. They don't know any more than those saying maybe it's medical. You're preaching a double standard if you think it's fine for some PPs to insist he's vain but it's not fine for other PPs to suggest he might have had other reasons to do this.

You're saying a whole lot of nothing. Ops are making up scenarios to find reasons to attack and shame op.
Probably because you and they have had their now nose jobs and are triggered that an SO might not be into it... insecurity the same trait that lead to the nose job not a trait people love in partners. If you doubt this see the recent thread on turn offs

Not po but yeah I judge all forms of plastic surgery not done out of medical necessity or reconstructive. People who would undergo surgery for vanity have character flaws and as noted by pp would teach those to future children.

There is a strong chance the kids would have his original nose . Would you want to raise kids with someone who thought part of them was ugly?

That’s because it’s true. I was an “ugly” girl growing up. I was bullied nonstop because of my physical features. The boys were left alone.
Sorry to hear about the nose job though. I love big noses on men and women.

You are right. But women are expected to be a bit vain and value their preceived attractiveness. No one wants to date a vain man though.
Vanity is a a character flaw make or female
