To me, I don't approach these types of situations "on principle". I approach them based on how I want to spend my time and what my time/effort is worth. To me, I would chose to move on. Whatever time/effort it would take for me to fight it or "give sh&t" is negative value to me.
So yeah, I would let it go and move on.
(I recognize that $10 may be worth more to some other people than it does to me. I still recommend the same analytical approach. The outcome may be different.)

I can not eat anything covered in runny sour cream; the smell makes me gag. I did an online complaint thing and it shot back a coupon for a buy one get one free. That is certainly not worth $16, right. Would you just forget it or put additional effort into getting a refund? The website seems like it's all A.I. and I am not driving across town to wait in line and complain.
