Even if wealth may influence the rankings in a way that might skew the quality of instruction that might be inferred, it would still nonetheless seem to be an accurate measure of overall environment of academic achievement, wouldn’t it? Yes it may reflect wealth that may allow tutors and other supplements, but doesn’t that reflect an overall higher readiness among students in those schools? And isn’t that an appropriate measure?

The RM and Blair magnets can be inflating the schools' overall test scores, so it's possible the Blair magnet offsets their CAP program

The Blair magnet ranking is still the overall school ranking but among magnet schools only.

Unfortunately, this is true. A very clear political agenda and our kids suffer because of it.
