These are usually sold by dealers of the brand of car in question and carry factory benefits such as an extended warranty. They are usually, not always, but usually better quality trade in or leased vehicles with clean repair and accident history. It's a bit more assurance that it's a good vehicle, not 100% certain but it is usually worth an additional premium.
