Are you her OB? What is this adding to the conversation?

And your comment adds what?

I’d like people to think before just talking. Your comment was rude. I’ve had five c-sections and don’t really need your opinion on it. Truly, she’s already had it and isn’t just considering another pregnancy. What was your comment supposed to do besides being judgmental? So adding my comment was hopefully to encourage people to think first.

DP. You are overly sensitive. It’s a fact that most doctors would not recommend 4, let alone FIVE, c sections.

That’s not what the post is about. If someone posts “should I have a fourth c-section?”, feel free to chime in. I’m not overly sensitive cause I don’t give an F what you think of the number of c-sections I have, I just think it’s tacky to post when it’s 1) irrelevant and 2) you have no idea of the OP’s medical history.

You’re the one who derailed the conversation with your hysterical posts. You just want everyone to think 5 c sections is a sensible medical decision.

You need to zip it and let people make medical decisions with their physician.

No. She. Did. Not.
She had 9 children, not 10, and none of them were c sections. Where did you get this?

After my first c-section and 67lbs of pregnancy gain, I ended up thinner and in better shape than I was before baby. My waist looked great too. After my second, I never lost the last 15 lbs but I also worked my entire maternity leave and didn’t take time to care for myself. Nevertheless around the 6th month mark my waist came back. I didn’t work on my lower abs but they were weak. I never really developed the c-section shelf. I did have the plank hang a little bit I had that since I was a teen! I guess I never had strong abs. I’m about to have my third c-section. I’ve been working on some strength training during pregnancy and plan to do PT this time.

True or not, it's irrelevant to OP's question. Can we stick to the subject for once?

It’s a moot point.
