How is ensuring a level playing field racist?
It is when you use racist discrimination.
Yes it seems like the old system was easily gamed by the less scrupulous people. The new one seems a lot fairer to everyone not just those who spend heavily on prep.

Don't get too excited. This is only about the stay. We'll see what happens on the merits.
Won’t be a different vote.
LOL. Good luck with that cockiness.
Not everyone thinks Langley is utopia.Anonymous wrote:
Ikr? Those poor kids rejected from their escape hatch dream school, forced to suffer through high school at Langley, McLean, Chantilly. Dreadful schools.

It would be great if the left hand of FCPS ever figured out what the right hand was doing.

Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch would have voted to grant the request.
Chief Justice Roberts, Justices Barrett and Kavanaugh join the liberals.
I guess the affirmative action is OK at high school level. Which begs the question whey can't FCPS just admit more URMs under the previous system? They could have given experience points to have more URMs in the pool. Why didn't they do that before?
Barrett and Kavanaugh are trash on many levels.
