Can you link? I am googling like crazy because we are planning to bid.
Why do people tell people they’re planning to bid here? You’re just drumming up competition.

Anonymous wrote:Saw it today. Owner is the listing agent. Very unprofessional showing practices, as they allowed multiple showings at the same times, which meant it had the feel and traffic of an open house, but nobody was in charge. Just loads of people milling around inside and out. The house itself is gorgeous and the location is phenomenal. The only odd thing is that the basement was completely unfinished, and we saw some black/fuzzy/suspicious (mold?) on the inside perimeter + quite a bit of water marking on the walk up stairs. Didn’t smell damp though. It’s a nice house.

Underpricing for bidding wars. It's a way to get attention. We all know it's going to sell around 1.4
I'd say at least 1.6
