I would occasionally contact her for her birthday and holidays and leave it at that. You could ask her what is wrong, but I would not pursue it if she is not open to talking about it.

I wouldn’t take it personally and keep your side of communication open. Young adults are often going through self discovery, therapy, etc and need space. If you value her relationship, give her space but also an open door to come back to.
