I do any organic peanut butter without sugar or palm oil and our favorite brand of jam is d'Arbo (black currant or apricot). I like to use toasted whole wheat English muffins.

I use Dave’s killer bread, the green one. Jif natural peanut butter and Welches natural grape jelly.

I use Trader Joe’s organic natural creamy Valencia peanut butter (it is the BEST peanut butter, just peanuts and salt).

BioNaturae mixed berry jam (juice sweetened, no added sugar)

A whole wheat seeded bread.

I never change up peanut butter but occasionally I’ll do a good grape jam and brioche
