Its a legitimate issue. Ariel Winter from Modern Family got one, though I presume she paid for it, as a teenager.
I somehow doubt OP's DD has medically documented back issues just based on her initial posting. OP, are you still with us?
OP's not asking for your opinion on it being medically necessary. Where did you get your MD?
She's asking for recommendations for a surgeon who takes her insurance. She can handle the rest.
I am trying to tell OP that unless it’s medically needed no insurance will cover. Are you too stupid to understand that?
Are you too stupid to understand that a surgeon or other medical doctor will help her decide if it's medically necessary and submit it to the insurance. You are not her medical doctor or surgeon, so your opinion means nothing.

Your Personal decision!

She is a 32G and it interferes with sports, makes it very hard to find clothes, and results in bathing suits looking too revealing no matter how hard we try to find one that fits correctly.
We found a surgeon we liked but they just notified us they no longer take our insurance - BCBS federal. I have researched the requirements for coverage and it would be covered under their policy under the circumstances.
Does anyone have a surgeon they recommend?
Thank you!
That is not medically required surgery. No health insurance will cover that. It's a cosmatic surgury.
That's not necessarily true.
It would be more helpful if you can tell us why it's not true.
Two of my relatives had this surgery covered because of serious back issues. It was life changongm
The back issues need to be the reason, OPs complaints are all cosmetic.
