If I only used 1 lb of ground pork though, there would be a mutiny in my family, no matter how many other tasty toppings I put out. I now use 3 lbs for our family with 2 teens.

Boil and chop some russet potato's, scramble some eggs, saute the pork with peppers, onions, and seasoning salt. Make a dozen breakfast burritos. Freeze them in batches.

You could also make picadillo (Cuban) if you'd prefer non-Asian-- although there's a Filipino version, too!
