Being an introvert is now glamorized while liking people and being social is considered a type of weakness. I have a cousin who has been saying this since the nineties, we were part of a close circle of friends but she has been since cut out, and guess what, she actually doesn't "not care"!

Who have moved on from covid?
Funny I thought it was the opposite - people figured out boundaries and comfort levels in the pandemic and they are quite fine with telling friends and family to FO if they are pressuring to do, meet, or participate in something they don't want to do. Regardless of how 'upset' that makes other people.
This. So many people are still stuck in 2020 and it’s annoying. Move on already. There’s a jab now for those who want it plus we know what treatments work for it. If you’re relatively healthy, Covid is a nothing-burger. I’m sooooo over those people.
“Jab” “Nothing-burger.” God, you’re a moron.

Oh ok. Tell that to the millions who have died around the world. Or the others using horse medicine or injecting bleach.

That excuse was fine in 2020 and 2021, but it's 2022. If your business is still struggling with getting employees and providing the service you offer - the whole reason you're in business - then it's no longer the fault of the pandemic; it's your fault for being a shitty manager and/or business owner.
Eh. Americans are not going to work like they did pre-pandemic. White collar realized they could get more done in less time. So 1-2 days in the office, everything else is flexible. Blue collar realized they can get on that government money and make nearly what they did working 40-60 hours a week just sitting home and smoking legal pot. Who do you think is going to go wait tables or man a help center call line in 2022? Nobody. You better get ready for the kind of customer service you get in most of the rest of the world (exceptions for Japan, Dubai, maybe a couple others).

I can’t take this serious when you use “nothing burger.”
