Why? All the Nannie’s say they are fluent in English but few truly are! Why would anyone waste their time and have a parade of people come into their home when they could screen out candidates on the phone? And why would any nanny want to waste their time driving to an interview for a job they will never get?

Also be sire to let the candidate know she can run a background check on the nanny family. Imagine not investigating a company you are applying to work for.
