Could be worse. I was locked up for two weeks in a hotel room due to quarantine rules returning to my home country.

Ground yourself by noticing two things with each sense. The brown desk, the green shoe. The swish of the carpet against your shoe, the sound of water jostling in the bottle. The smell of lemon cleaner and hotel soap. Don’t lick the soap.

Thanks. I slept great. Scrolled mindless Twitter + 1/2 Benadryl . Think I’ll be set tonight. Appreciate all the advice.
